Plant Finance Head

Job Title: Plant Finance Head Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (Onsite) Only from Manufacturing, No corporate experience Job Description Roles & Responsibilities : Analyzing plant P&L, discuss variances and improvement opportunities with plant leadership. Partnering with CFTs on various improvement and saving initiatives such as OE diagnostics, LMS, Product cost leadership etc Running monthly governances to ensure committed savings are achieved and new opportunities get identified. Prepare and present financial reports to plant leaders and other stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including plant leaders, CFTs, and other finance professionals. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
