Plant Coordinator

As Plant Coördinator you will support the Plant Manager in daily management and continuous improvement of the site.

You will oversee the execution of all operational activities related to resources, personnel, and HSSEQ compliance requirements. Within this framework, you will plan and lead teams of operators in 2 shifts.

Upon starting your new role, you will begin with a training program. This includes group training sessions and on-site training at the production location. You will be well-prepared for your new position.

The tasks after the training phase include:

• Mentor, manage, and motivate a team of operators

• Facilitate communication between operational management and the shop floor.

• Monitor production and adjust settings as needed

• Plan and organize daily tasks

• Train (new) team members

• Follow up and control tasks

• Apply rules of hygiene, safety, and respect for the environment.

• Plan and monitor maintenance of the installation

• You will pay attention to continuous improvement of work methods and procedures

• Report KPIs to operational management
