In the context of a Direktvermittlung, we are looking for an experienced controller for an internationally established industrial company in the Mönchengladbach area, who connects controlling, performance management and transformation intelligently.

Aufgaben

Plant Controlling & Financial Management

• Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and deviation analysis of the production site
• Conducting and steering monthly closures including performance reporting
• Closely working with plant management and operational management
• Analyzing productivity, efficiency and profitability
• Monitoring cost reduction measures and investment planning
• Ensuring financial transparency and deriving well-founded recommendations for action

KPI-Management & Transformation

• Further development and structuring of the KPI framework (operational & financial)
• Defining measurement methods, reporting standards and data sources
• Ensuring data quality (including master data checking)
• Performance analyses, gap identification and deriving concrete measures
• Supporting strategic transformation projects
• Key user in the context of the planned S/4HANA-Implementation
• Preliminary work for decision-making grounds for the leadership team

Qualifikation

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or comparable
• At least 5 years of experience in controlling – ideally in a production environment or consulting
• Very good understanding of cost accounting, production processes and operational value drivers
• Experience in KPI management or performance controlling
• Project or transformation experience is an advantage
• Good Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP & BI tools are a plus)
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Structured, analytical and proactive working style
