Plant Controller

About the Role Reporting to senior operations leadership, the Plant Controller will be responsible for: • Developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives; • Providing financial guidance and support to plant management and operations teams; • Analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements; • Maintaining accurate and timely financial records, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures; • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including plant management, operations teams, and external partners.
