Plant Controller Jr

We are looking for a Plant Controller with strong operational orientation, able to integrate into daily plant operations to ensure financial control, information quality, and real-time support for decision-making. This role is key to connecting operation, supply chain, and finance, ensuring discipline, order, and visibility of business performance. Main responsibilities: Act as a financial partner in the operation, understanding how operational decisions impact results. Coordinate with production planning and logistics teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management. Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including plant managers, finance teams, and external partners. Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
