Plant Controller

Responsible for directing the accounting functions of the plant and communicating the monthly financial results to management to enable the appraisal of the plant's actual performance against targets, with overall responsibility for financial matters of the plant. Responsibilities Act as a communication champion to ensure the drive for positive employee relations is maintained. Ensure that the company's Vision and Mission are upheld at all levels. Formulation and maintenance of plant accounting policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Provide guidance and support to employees on financial matters. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions. Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance. Ensure that all financial activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
