Personnel Planner D

Job description

For Maasstad Hospital Foundation, we are looking for a Personnel Planner D. You plan daily rosters for personnel at MSZ and ensure efficient distribution of services. You process changes and adjust the schedules as needed. You also register absences and keep track of staff deployment.

You create and manage rosters, taking into account the wishes and availability of employees
You process changes in the roster and adapt to changes
You register and process absence reports
You contribute to optimal staffing levels and continuity within MSZ

Your profile

You have experience with personnel planning and roster management
You are accurate, stress-resistant, and flexible
You communicate clearly and work well together with others
You have an eye for detail and keep track in busy situations
