Planning Supervisor

TÍTULO DEL PUESTO: Planning Supervisor MODALIDAD: Hybrid UBICACION: Zapopan, Jalisco OBJETIVO: The planning supervisor is responsible for supervising, developing and supporting the demand and inventory planning team, as well as having individual planning responsibilities. In a collective and collaborative manner, these efforts will ensure the availability of products in all entities through cyclic forecasting of demand and inventory planning, and ensuring that the necessary resources are allocated to meet business objectives. The supervisor will also be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to inform decision-making, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Additionally, the supervisor will provide guidance and support to team members, and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
