Planning Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Planning Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to drive efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities: * Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and productivity * Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive efficiency and productivity * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) * Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in planning operations * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process excellence Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Operations Research, Management Science, or Business Administration * 2+ years of experience in planning operations, business analysis, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word * Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data analysis and reporting What We Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a talented team of professionals * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools
