Planning Engineer

Vihang Group, a reputed name in the real estate and construction industry, is looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering Location: Thane Experience: Minimum 10 years in Real Estate / Construction Responsibilities Prepare and monitor project schedules using MS Project / Primavera / similar tools Resource planning and allocation Track progress and generate weekly/monthly reports Coordinate with site and design teams for the successful execution of projects. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects. Ensure that all projects are completed within budget and timeline. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Provide technical support and guidance to site engineers and design teams as needed. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that expenses are in line with the approved budget. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Coordinate with procurement team for timely delivery of materials and equipment. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's projects, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
