Job description
Integrate projects and/or contracts with client organizational processes;
Perform and follow strategic and tactical planning, detailing by area/setor, as well as integrating projects as a whole;
Control the fulfillment of contractual milestones and use, if necessary, contract provisions regarding penalties for non-compliance with milestones
Develop and implement communication actions and “Report”;
Develop and issue monthly report
Organize and facilitate monthly management ritual for presentation of monthly project execution report, with participation from Fiscalization leadership;
Assist in establishing and monitoring actions to treat deviations found;
Perform regular performance review meetings with Fiscalization leadership.
