Planning Coordinator

Hire Resolve is currently working with a company based in Cape Town that is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Planning Coordinator. This role involves coordinating and overseeing the planning and scheduling of various operations, ensuring efficient processes and timely delivery of products or services. Responsibilities : Coordinate and assist with the development of production or service plans based on demand forecasts and resource availability Ensure that schedules are aligned with business objectives and priorities Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of planning and scheduling principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
