We are looking for a talented and motivated Planner or Senior Town Planner to join our growing planning team in Leeds. You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning projects across the residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use sectors.

• Manage and deliver a variety of planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals.

• Provide planning advice and guidance to clients across both public and private sectors.

• Prepare and submit planning applications, supporting documents, and representations for Local Plan consultations.

• Undertake site appraisals, feasibility assessments, and planning due diligence.

• Engage with local planning authorities, stakeholders, and communities.

• Support business development activities including writing proposals and attending networking events.

• Supervise and mentor junior team members (for Senior Planner level).

• Stay up to date with changes in planning legislation, policy, and best practice.

• RTPI accredited degree or equivalent in Town Planning or a related subject.

• MRTPI qualified (or working towards accreditation if applying at Planner level).

• 2-6 years' relevant planning experience in consultancy, developer, or local authority.

• Strong understanding of the UK planning system and current planning policy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage projects, clients, and deadlines effectively.

• Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
