Your role as a planner zorg

As a planner zorg, you will be responsible for optimal personnel planning at our clients in the GHZ and GGZ. You will play flexibly on peak periods, keep track of complex rosters, and actively build a strong talent pool. You will also analyze planning data and think about process improvements. You will work closely with recruiters, account managers, and healthcare organizations.

What will you do?

• Develop and manage efficient personnel plans.

• Deploy flexible forces based on availability and urgency.

• Monitor and improve planning processes based on data.

• Built and maintained a reliable pool of healthcare professionals.

• Ensure correct time registration and administrative handling.

What do you bring?

• At least 2 years of experience with personnel planning, preferably in the healthcare sector.

• Experience with planning systems and/or CRM tools.

• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented attitude.

• You are stress-resistant, structured, and think ahead.

• Affinity with the healthcare sector is a must, involvement a plus.
