Planner

Join the growing team at Unison Contracting! We are currently looking for a Planner to join our team in Rotorua. This is a permanent full-time role with guaranteed fortnightly pay in a stable and supportive environment. What you'll do: Develop the work breakdown structure and critical path, ensuring key enablers are scheduled and completed on time Identify opportunities during planning to bundle work, reducing outages and minimising customer disruption. Coordinate pre-site walkovers and align with site teams to ensure accurate and timely scheduling of works. Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk assessments. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and identify potential issues early, enabling proactive mitigation. What we're looking for: Strong planning skills with the ability to develop and manage complex project schedules. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience working in construction or a related industry is desirable but not essential.
