Job description

What will you do?

We are looking for an experienced planner. You are a key player within the company and a true team player, as you maintain contacts with around 15 drivers, the internal service and of course the customers. You ensure that the drivers drive efficient routes and have a maximum of 40 stops per day. Additionally, you resolve the challenges that drivers face in their daily work. You conduct targeted controls and coach your team drivers to provide the best service.

A salary between €3,000 and €4,000 gross per month (depending on experience);
A travel expense allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
25 vacation days;

You are an energetic and engaged professional who moves easily within a dynamic environment. You master the Dutch language well and know how to express yourself clearly both verbally and in writing. Thanks to your communication skills and team spirit, you work seamlessly with colleagues, drivers, and customers.

You appreciate structure and know how to keep your bearings even under pressure. Additionally, you are flexible and willing to take on an occasional weekend shift – of course, with a corresponding allowance.
