Job Description

From the location in Sint-Denijs-Westrem, you will ensure optimal planning and support for the service department. As a planner, you are the key figure between clients and field technicians. You ensure that technical interventions are efficiently scheduled and followed up, with an eye for quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Your tasks:
1/ Planning & Coordination
- Creating and managing the daily schedule of service technicians.
- Organizing interventions based on region, urgency, and availability.
- Anticipating last-minute changes and unexpected situations.
- Monitoring optimal utilization of technicians.

2/ Administrative Follow-up
- Processing and following up on intervention files.
- Correctly registering data in ERP and other software packages.

3/ Logistics & Material Management
- Coordinating spare parts and service equipment.
- Following up on returns and technical materials.
- Ensuring technicians always have the necessary materials.

4/ Communication & Collaboration
- Daily contact with clients and technicians.
- Liaising with various internal departments.
- Acting as a central point of contact within the service organization.

Profile- You have a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in planning, dispatching, or coordination is a strong asset.
- You have knowledge of an ERP system (Odoo, Navision, etc.).
- You have a very good command of Dutch and English.
- You are highly organized and administratively skilled.
- You are customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
- You can independently set priorities and switch quickly when necessary.
- You are stress-resistant and can handle changing circumstances well.

- Permanent contract of indefinite duration.
- Full-time position of 38.5 hours/week.
- Flexible working hours:
* Start between 07:45 and 09:00
* Lunch break between 12:00 and 14:00
* End of workday between 16:00 and 18:00
- 20 vacation days + 5 compensatory days annually.
