As a planner at the Military Rehabilitation Center, you are responsible for creating an efficient schedule for both therapists and patients, including both military personnel and civilians. You will maintain contact with various colleagues and be the hub of activity within the center.

The MRC Aardenburg is an organization with a pleasant working atmosphere, where everyone collaborates for the best rehabilitation of our patients. It is also located on a beautiful estate. Job Requirements

We are looking for a planner with experience in (rehabilitation) care, preferably in HiX. The ideal candidate is analytical and enjoys switching between multiple dimensions in a constantly moving environment, seeking solutions, where patients, therapists, resources, and locations need to be linked.

The field of study is not decisive, but a completed MBO4 education with HBO work and thinking level is required. Your cover letter and CV must demonstrate that you are a meticulous, yet people-oriented analyst.

The Defence Healthcare Organization (DGO) is one of the four divisions of the Defence Support Command. The DGO supports the operational commands and contributes to the deployability of military personnel. For this, we offer first and second-line care, training, and logistical support. We also support the care (including preparations and aftercare) that the operational commands provide during deployments. At the Military Rehabilitation Center (MRC), you will work with 250 enthusiastic colleagues who, with their own expertise, are dedicated to providing the best rehabilitation care to military personnel and civilians. Each day, around 120 patients work with our help towards their unique rehabilitation goals. These range from being able to live independently again, to performing at a top sporting level, and being deployable as a military member again. MRC Aardenburg falls under the DGO. They are the treatment and expertise center of Defence in the field of rehabilitation care, occupational rehabilitation, and orthopedic aids. They treat adult patients for various conditions: mobility problems (due to an accident), stroke, illness, or an acquired disability. The atmosphere at the center is informal, and everything at the MRC revolves around personal attention and growth.
