Planner / Projectleider with focus on steel assembly
As Planner and Projectleider at Van Pommeren, you are responsible for efficiently planning assembly workers, transport, and equipment. You ensure that projects are well-prepared and can be safely executed. Additionally, you lead your own projects, monitor progress, maintain customer contact, and direct where necessary. You are ultimately responsible for a smooth project realization within time, budget, and quality frameworks. No day is the same – you keep the overview, even when a lot is happening at the same time.

What will you do?

• You plan internal and external assembly workers and make clear agreements

• You arrange transport and equipment for efficient execution

• You set up V&G plans, work plans, and assembly plans

• You direct projects from start to finish and monitor planning and budget

• You coordinate with customers, suppliers, and colleagues about progress and changes

• You handle administration and reporting in the ERP system

• You monitor financial progress and calculate more and less work
