Planner Production-AQUA Carpatica

Career Summary:

We are seeking a Planner Production who will be responsible for planning and monitoring production processes, ensuring that orders are delivered on time, in the required quantity and quality, utilizing resources efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term production plans based on sales orders, forecasts, and production capacity.
2. Monitor adherence to the production plan and adjust as needed due to unforeseen situations (material shortages, equipment failures, delays, maintenance).
3. Maintain communication with departments: Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, Quality, and Technical, to ensure a continuous flow of production.
4. Track inventory levels (raw materials, materials, finished products) and propose optimization solutions.
5. Prioritize reports on the realization of the production plan, deviations, causes, and improvement solutions for flows.
6. Contribute to implementing and improving planning processes (IT tools, internal procedures).

Required Competencies and Skills:

• Solid knowledge of planning and organizing production.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office Excel, ERP (preferably SAP).
• Oriented towards results and respecting deadlines.
• Analytical skills for data analysis.
