Planner – Port Services Antwerpen

At Konecranes Port Services, we specialize in the maintenance and repair of port cranes and heavy equipment. From our location in the Antwerp region, we serve customers in the port with technical interventions, planned maintenance, and urgent service requests. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Planner who keeps an overview, quickly adapts, and knows what's going on at the dock.

Your role

As Planner, you are the first point of contact for our technicians, customers, and suppliers. You ensure that the right people, materials, and equipment are available at the right time. You work closely with administration and service coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.

This means:

• You plan technical interventions and preventive maintenance according to priority and availability
• You create work orders in Work Manager and digitally follow them up
• You synchronize daily with technicians, customers, and suppliers
• You ensure that spare parts and rental equipment are timely ordered and delivered
• You keep the customer informed about changes, delays, or progress
• You provide input for invoicing and ensure that all information is correct in SAP
• You take over tasks when colleagues are absent and ensures continuity
