Planner

Description: This position directs and supervises the work activities and resources required for the efficient and timely production of the company's products. Develops and implements production control functions including master scheduling, production planning/coordination, shop scheduling and dispatching, material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, material and labor variation controls, and manufacturing performance reporting. Responsibilities: · Create an accurate schedule to ensure the efficient use of resources and minimize delays. · Direct and coordinate the activities of production planners, schedulers, and coordinators to achieve optimal production levels. · Develop and implement procedures for monitoring and controlling production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. · Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement. · Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs. · Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
