Planner

Hire Resolve's client is a well-established construction company and they are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Planner to join their team in Fochville (Johannesburg). The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and coordination of road and earthworks projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to project timelines. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring accurate and timely updates Coordinate with project team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as necessary Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records and reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in construction planning and coordination Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
