Job description
Purpose: Responsible for the raw material purchasing activities that sustain the manufacturing process and for the planning activities that include the creation and sustaining of the production plan while working with across-functional team to meet the customer’s needs. Qualifications: High ethics standard. Responsible, results-oriented, adaptable and self-directed. Detail-oriented, analytical and organized. Able to follow instructions and achieve results while mitigating the impact. Demonstrates a strong understanding of business operations and is able to make informed decisions that align with company goals. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is also required. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and processes is necessary.
