Construction Planner

Are you accurate, communicative, and do you have an affinity with construction? Then this position as a Construction Planner is for you. As a Construction Planner, you will daily liaise with mechanics, clients, VVEs (Owners' Associations), and more to finalize the schedule of activities. You will work closely with work planners and support them where necessary. Tasks include:

• Scheduling mechanics for various tasks (leaks, malfunctions, and more);
• Maintaining contact with residents and clients;
• Ordering materials;
• Keeping track of the craftsmen's agendas and responding to ad-hoc notifications.

• A good salary between €2,900 and €3,400 based on a 40-hour workweek;

• Driver's license B.
