Planner Benelux

What will you do?

We are looking for a Planner Benelux for our client in Uden.

As a planner, you will be part of an energetic and dedicated team that works daily to organize the pallet distribution within the Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg) as efficiently as possible.

You will work together with your colleague transport planners to coordinate the drivers who are active in the Benelux. You will give clear instructions on the routes to be executed and adapt flexibly to any changes. You will take responsibility and think proactively about solutions.

During your work, you will be responsible with your colleagues for optimizing the planning of drivers, vehicles, and routes for the distribution runs of the next working day. Your role is essential in ensuring the quality and reliability of our service.

You will work in alternating shifts: a daytime shift (07:00 - 17:00 hours) and an evening shift (14:30 - end of work), approximately 8 hours per day.

• A starting salary of € 3000 to € 4400 gross per month based on experience;

• Someone with an MBO/HBO work and thinking level;
• You have a self-contained working attitude, can communicate clearly, think solution-oriented under time pressure, and keep track;
• Day and evening shifts: from Monday to Friday, you are available;
• You are a true team player with a flexible mindset;
• Experience in a similar function within the transport sector is a plus;
• You have good knowledge of routes, geography, and Benelux legislation;
• You have knowledge of TMS (preferably Transpas) and other planning systems (preferably PTV Route optimizer) and affinity with automated systems;
• You are up to date on current driving and rest time regulations;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language in word and writing.
