1-2 years of experience configuring Planisware SaaS solutions using OOB tools Solid understanding of project portfolio management and resource planning best practices Experience managing configurations in SaaS environments is essential Proficiency in configuring Planisware SaaS systems using OOB features without custom coding or development Strong understanding of system administration tasks (e.g., user and access management, configuration updates) Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of configured solutions Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework Knowledge of ITIL best practices for service management Understanding of data security and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
