Production Planner (non-serial production)

• Planning and scheduling of individual and small-batch production (make-to-order / engineer-to-order)
• Creating and updating production order schedules based on capacity, material availability, and customer deadlines
• Ongoing cooperation with departments: design, technology, purchasing, logistics, and sales
• Monitoring the execution of the plan, responding to deviations, and replanning in case of priority changes
• Analysis of workstation load and bottlenecks, optimization of order flow
• Supervising the completeness of production documentation (BOM, routing sheets) in cooperation with technologists
• Reporting order status and indicators (timeliness, workload, WIP)

• Min. 3 years of experience in production planning — individual, project, or small-batch production is welcome
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment — priorities can change during the day and you have to like it
• Independence, accuracy, and communication skills — a planner is a hub between the shop floor and the office
• Technical education (welcome: production management, mechanics, logistics)
• English language — B1/B2 level welcome
