Resource Planner/Female/Male (F/H/D) à 100%Would you like to help us build the future?For our Strategy & Planning department, we are looking for a full-time resource planner/female/male (F/H/D) for an indefinite contract and immediate entry into function or to agree upon, one who will:Assure the planning and operational deployment of employees subject to the LDT;Establish annual service tables, and plan the personnel deployment;Plan and coordinate the allocation of resources;Ensure the smooth functioning of the department;Coordinate with other departments;Analyze and optimize resource usage;Develop and implement a resource planning strategy;Participate in the development of the department's strategic plan;Collaborate with the management team;Contribute to the improvement of processes;Etablir les indicateurs de performance et les objectifs pour le département;Planifier et coordonner l'allocation des ressources;Assurer la bonne marche du département;Coordonner avec d'autres services;Analyser et optimiser l'utilisation des ressources;Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de planification des ressources;Participer au développement du plan stratégique du département;Collaborer avec l'équipe de direction;Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus;Etablir les indicateurs de performance et les objectifs pour le département;
