MAINTENANCE PLANNER
Transports Publics du Chablais (TPC) in Aigle employs over
400 employees and manages four regional railway lines, as well as a bus network extending across numerous municipalities in Vaud and Valais.
As part of the growth of our company and the development of our transport offering, a new organization of our Fleet unit will be implemented to better meet the evolving maintenance needs of our railway and road rolling stock.
In this context, we are looking for a:
MAINTENANCE PLANNER (80-100%)
YOUR MISSION
You will ensure the medium and long-term planning of maintenance activities for our railway and road fleet. As such, you will establish annual and multi-year maintenance programs by defining the volumes of interventions to be carried out internally and externally. In close collaboration with section managers and various internal clients, you will coordinate and consolidate the information necessary for the development of the vehicle maintenance program. You will ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines (BAV, DE-OCF, SAN, manufacturer specifications) and adapt planning according to available capacities and operational needs. Furthermore, you will monitor planning indicators and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. Finally, you will create the necessary synergies with the different entities of the company to ensure effective coordination and optimal resource utilization.
YOUR PROFILE
With a basic technical education, you have supplemented your professional career with higher education (federal diploma or HES diploma) in the field of maintenance, work planning, or equivalent. You also have several years of experience in railway, vehicle, or industrial maintenance. Experience in planning maintenance activities or in methods, as well as knowledge of the public transport sector, are assets. Methodical, autonomous, and proactive, you know how to organize your work, define priorities, and adapt planning to encountered constraints. Your analytical and synthesis skills, your global vision, and your cooperative spirit enable you to interact effectively with numerous partners.
