Your future role
Take on a new challenge and leverage your expertise in project planning in a technical and innovative environment. You will work with collaborative and dynamic teams to have a direct impact on the punctuality and quality of project deliverables, contributing directly to their success.
On a daily basis, you will work closely with internal teams, including development planners and subsystems, as well as with different stakeholders from various sites. You will be responsible for collecting information related to project progress and preparing standardized reports to track advancement (risk analysis, delays, etc.).
You will particularly focus on providing a realistic planning vision, identifying potential risks and deviations from project objectives, ensuring coordination with stakeholders to ensure alignment of commitments. You will also play an active role in continuous improvement by applying lessons learned from previous projects.
We will be calling upon you for:
- Organizing and animating regular synchronization reviews.
- Collecting progress information from stakeholders.
- Updating plans and performance indicators related to time, according to established standards.
- Preparing detailed reports on progress achieved and analyzing deviations from initial objectives.
- Notifying current or potential delays to the central project team.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of planning processes.
Your profile
We place more importance on passion and attitude than experience. That's why we don't expect you to have all the skills. We've rather drawn up a list of those that, in our opinion, will help you succeed and thrive in this role:
- Degree in engineering or business administration.
- Experience or understanding of project management roles or techniques in industrial sectors or construction.
- Knowledge of planning tools (e.g. Primavera, MS Project) and theories of planning.
- Mastery of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of agile project management tools (e.g. Jira, IBM EWM)
- Natural affinity with computer software.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn in a multicultural and constantly evolving environment.
- Able to analyze critically, structure information, and propose proactive solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
You'll appreciate
Join us for a new experience of life - the railway sector is a future-oriented industry, allowing you to develop and acquire new skills and experiences throughout your career. You will also:
- Benefit from stability, challenges, and a long-term career without daily routine.
- Work with passionate colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with transversal teams and qualified colleagues.
- Contribute to innovative projects shaping the future of mobility.
- Use our flexible and stimulating working environment.
- Orient your career in the direction you choose through functions and countries.
- Benefit from our investment in your development, through prime learning programs.
- Progress towards roles such as Senior Project Planner, Planning Team Manager, or other strategic positions.
- Benefit from a fair and dynamic remuneration system that recognizes your performance and potential, as well as comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life insurance, health insurance, pension).
