Distribution Planner

Job Description:

The Distribution Planner will be responsible for managing the distribution of Techo-Bloc products across its entire network. In this key role, you will work with various internal stakeholders to ensure daily replenishment of our products through our 21 locations in Canada and the United States.

Responsibilities :

Manage inventory movements using our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamic) ;
Ensure the smooth replenishment of our products between our manufacturing sites and distribution points ;
Collaborate with production and demand planners to align inventory needs with production calendars and sales forecasts ;
Identify opportunities for optimization in our stock levels, anticipate risks of overstocking, and adjust our replenishment strategy ; all while aligning with efficiency and distribution objectives ;
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency ;
Ad hoc analysis.

A day in the life :

You start the day by consulting your operational tools and emails. Then, you juggle between managing your inventory movements, creating special shipments, and collaborating with various teams to respond to non-planned needs. After completing your daily tasks, you can focus on projects or organize team reflection sessions to discuss process improvement points, as continuous improvement is truly valued at Techo-Bloc.
