Production Planner

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Production Planner to join our team in Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing production programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through timely deliveries.

• Develop and maintain production programs to meet client demand while optimizing resource utilization.
• Collaborate with interfunctional teams to ensure a smooth production flow and punctual delivery of products.
• Supervise and analyze production KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, serving as a liaison between sales, production, and logistics teams.
• Use the SAP ERP system to track production progress, inventory levels, and order status.
• Carry out capacity planning and resource allocation to maximize production efficiency.
• Analyze and provide promised dates, required dates, and shipping dates to customers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve production planning processes.
• Generate and distribute periodic reports on production performance and calendar compliance.
