The German Reihenhaus develops and builds as a general contractor consistently thought-out residential parks with a climate-friendly, 100% renewable energy supply. We specialize in three variant-reduced row house types, two double house types, and one multi-family house that is produced with industrial series precision. The goal: to create inner-city living space at attractive prices and simultaneously vitalize areas sustainably. So far, we have already achieved this for more than 11,500 families in around 400 residential parks nationwide! In the future, our approximately 350-person team wants to create about 750 new residential units per year and needs strong support for this!
To strengthen our Team Planung TGA and Energy-Efficient Building, we are looking for You as:
Sustainability Planner (w/m/d) in Cologne or Kaiserslautern in full-time (36 hours) with 4-day week
Aufgaben
These are your tasks:
- You advise our project teams on the development of innovative energy concepts and individual special solutions.
- Economic and future-oriented energy concepts for residential units with decreasing heat demand will be conceived and implemented by you.
- You ensure the energetic product quality and reliably implement new legal requirements.
- The energetic proof of performance for authorities, customers, and funding agencies (e.g. KfW) is within your responsibility.
- You check the performances of our subcontractors on a sample basis and ensure the maintenance of high-quality standards.
- You create life cycle assessments (LCA) and life cycle cost calculations (LCC).
- You perform thermal and daylight simulations as well as analyses for summer heat protection to ensure energetic optimization and comfort in buildings.
- The coordination of sustainability certifications (QNG) and the accompaniment of our projects until series certification also belong to your field of tasks.
Qualifikation
You bring:
- You have a successfully completed technical degree with a focus on sustainable building, green building, energy management, climate engineering/design, building ecology/physics, architecture or
- a successfully completed degree as a civil engineer or architect with proven practical experience in the fields mentioned above
- You bring a high interest or ideally first professional experience in the field of realizing sustainable real estate projects, green-building certification, energy-efficient building, building technology and current energy legislation.
- You demonstrate a high understanding ability combined with analytical and networked thinking, a convincing appearance through know-how and a high advisory competence.
