If you have an analytical profile, process vision, and enjoy acting integrated between areas, this job may be the next step in your career Job: Production Planning and Control Location: São José/SC What you will do: Act with complete project planning, following physical and financial schedules, management of indicators and integration between technical, commercial, and financial areas. You will also have participation in the development of production plans, monitoring of production processes, control of inventory levels, and coordination with suppliers. In addition to this, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data from various sources, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and proposing solutions to optimize production processes. You will work closely with other departments, such as sales, procurement, and logistics, to ensure the effective execution of production plans. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; experience in production planning and control; knowledge of ERP systems; analytical skills; ability to work under pressure; good communication skills; teamwork spirit.
