- Standardized Work, analysis of production times (MTM), Calculation of Productivity and operational efficiency (OEE);
- Calculation of Labor Force Needs (NHM);
- Applying Digital Manufacturing Simulation;
- Active participation in System CIP Projects and Productivity Improvement Workshops.
