Construction Planner

Objective of the Position Plan, program, and track construction activities during modification and execution works in an industrial plant, ensuring compliance with the schedule, correct constructive sequence, resource optimization, and integration of work with operational restrictions of the plant. Main Responsibilities Planning and Programming Prepare and maintain the master construction schedule, considering scope, restrictions, and dependencies. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. Monitor and control construction progress, identifying and addressing potential issues and delays. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Develop and implement strategies for resource allocation and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate construction activities with plant operations. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on construction progress and any changes or deviations from the original plan. Ensure that all construction activities are properly documented, including records of meetings, decisions, and actions taken. Coordinate with external parties, such as suppliers and contractors, to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including plant management, project managers, and team members. Provide support and guidance to team members on construction planning and execution. Ensure that all construction activities are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Coordinate with internal departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Develop and implement strategies for reducing waste, minimizing environmental impact, and promoting sustainability. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on construction progress and any changes or deviations from the original plan.
