Description of the Job
for Pessoa Educadora- MAM RIO DE JANEIRO
- Modality: PJ/MEI;
- Remuneration: R$ 3.000 monthly.
- Sunday: off;
- Tuesday: home office;
- Wednesday to Friday: in-person;
- Saturdays and Sundays: on-call.

Activities and Responsibilities
- Conducting mediated visits, both scheduled and spontaneous;
- Accompanying, executing, and supporting workshops for different museum audiences;
- Accompanying projects and process-oriented proposals from the museum;
- Producing and supporting quantitative and qualitative reports on the actions of the Education and Participation Management;
- Supporting the Education Coordination teams in related activities to the sector;
- Collaborating with the School Block, including: _courses _conferences _lectures.
- Completed or ongoing higher education in areas such as Visual Arts, History of Art, Pedagogy, Licentiates, Museology, Social Sciences, Cultural Production, or related fields;
- Experience with cultural mediation, museum education, cultural institutions, or educational projects;
- Interest in modern art, contemporary art, and educational processes;
- Ease of communication with different audiences, especially children, young people, adults, and school groups;
- Experience conducting mediated visits, workshops, roundtable discussions, or training activities;
- Able to work in a team and engage in interdisciplinary dialogue;
- Sensitivity to issues of accessibility, inclusion, and diversity;
- Knowledge of digital tools and online platforms for educational actions will be considered a differential;
- Fluency in other languages will be considered a differential.
