Job description
For our gastronomy establishment directly in the ski area, we are looking for from November 1, 2026, a
Pizzaiolo (m/f/d), who enjoy customer contact, present themselves with strong sales skills, and want to leverage their strengths in a dynamic environment.
- Preparation and baking of our pizzas according to our quality standards
- Preparation and processing of pizza dough and the various ingredients
- Ensuring consistently high quality, freshness, and appealing presentation
- Mise en place and organization of one's own workspace
- Responsibility for a smooth operation at the pizza station during service
- Creative contribution and further development of our pizza offering
- Adherence to hygiene, quality, and safety standards
- Careful handling of food, equipment, and work materials
- Active cooperation with the kitchen and service team
- Support with general kitchen tasks and daily operations
- Shared responsibility for cleanliness, order, and a professional kitchen workflow
- Working in the middle of a ski area with a unique mountain panorama
- A strong, well-coordinated service team with clear leadership in daily operations
- Dynamic work environment with high customer frequency
