Piping Engineer | Oil & Gas | San Nazzaro de' Burgondi (PV)

We are looking for a Piping Engineer with 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector to be assigned to projects at the San Nazzaro de' Burgondi (PV) site.

Your role

• You will design piping systems for Oil & Gas projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• You will be responsible for developing technical documentation and 3D project models.
• You will support technical coordination activities with the various involved disciplines.
• You will ensure compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.

Your tasks

• Perform field surveys and develop plant layouts, piping routing, and interference checks.
• Create isometric drawings, piping plans, sections, line lists, Material Take-Off (MTO), and support drawings.
• Interpret P&IDs, Piping Classes, and line datasheets, updating technical documentation and 3D models based on project revisions.
• Collaborate with Process, Mechanical, Structural, and Instrumentation teams, supporting the resolution of technical and construction issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma and at least 5 years of experience as a Piping Engineer in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Knowledge of 3D design software such as AVEVA E3D, PDMS, SP3D, or Autodesk Plant 3D and the ability to read P&IDs.
• Knowledge of the main industry standards (ASME B31.3, API, ANSI) and good knowledge of the English language.
• Precision, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, and willingness to travel, where required.

Will be considered a plus

• Experience on international EPC projects

• Basic knowledge of stress analysis software (CAESAR)

• Experience gained during construction phases and site activities

What we offer

• Permanent employment contract.

The salary for this role ranges from €30,000 to €45,000.

The position is classified under the CCNL Commercio e Terziario (National Collective Labour Agreement for Commerce and Tertiary sector) applied by our company. Placement within the range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria. In the presence of profiles with exceptional characteristics compared to the indicated range, a review may be considered with prior internal approval.
