Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Leading Hand to join our team. This role will oversee maintenance activities across pipe infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and oversee the use of pipe CCTV units for inspections and reporting
Coordinate and perform trenchless pipe repair
Manage pipe laying and drainage works, ensuring correct grades, trenching, bedding, and alignment
Interpret construction plans and set out levels accurately
Ensure safe practices when working in confined spaces, trench shoring, and dewatering.
Maintain strong communication with project managers, engineers, and team members to deliver works efficiently and to specification.
