Drone Pilot

Job Description As a Drone Pilot at FLYWASH, you will be responsible for operating drones to perform cleaning tasks according to company protocols. In your daily work, you will plan flight routes, prepare equipment, check safety conditions, and execute flights in compliance with current regulations. You will also record operation data, report technical incidents, and collaborate with the ground team to coordinate interventions. This is a full-time, in-person position located in San Pedro Garza García, NLE. Flights will be conducted in any municipality within the Monterrey metropolitan area.

Requirements

• Valid RPAS Pilot License
• Skills in drone and UAV piloting, including previous experience as a Drone Pilot and safe, precise handling of equipment.
• Skills in training and development, with the ability to learn new procedures, follow technical manuals, and, if applicable, support the training of other team members.
• Basic knowledge of drone-applicable air regulations, operational safety, and risk management.
• Ability to work outdoors, good physical condition for handling equipment, and attention to detail when following cleaning and inspection protocols.
• Teamwork skills, clear communication, responsibility, and orientation towards safety and service quality.
