Job description
As part of its mission within the production lines of the UIP Forge Gennevilliers, the Internal Industrialization Pilot is responsible for the robust deployment of new products and manufacturing processes, in line with industrial performance objectives and Group standards. They actively contribute to the control and continuous improvement of processes within the factory.
As such, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Ensure the completeness, reliability, and consistency of input data necessary for industrialization; alert and propose solutions in the event of modifications impacting the project.
- Constitute, animate and coordinate the industrialization project team, by effectively mobilizing the resources allocated by the different trades.
- Define, build and manage the industrialization schedule, ensuring the crossing of the industrial milestones of the Industrial Validation File (DVI) with the required level of quality.
- Manage the budget associated with the project (RC/NRC), ensuring follow-up via internal tools.
- Guarantee the technical relevance of the operational ranges, control plans and all the required industrial deliverables.
- Ensure regular project progress reporting, identifying and reporting bottlenecks or major deviations to the corresponding trades.
- Proactively manage the risks associated with industrialization, relying on dedicated analyses (GRF-0160) and on the implementation of corrective action plans.
- Ensure the rigorous application of quality approaches and tools (such as FMEA) at each stage of the project.
- Guarantee the progressive and compliant constitution of the Industrial Validation File (DVI), by planning the production of deliverables via 3DEXperience.
- Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines and the technical conformity of deliverables, by anticipating and addressing any potential deviation through corrective action plans.
- Maintain the absence of impact of industrialization projects on series production, and ensure the smooth transition to series production.
- Coordinate, in interface with the Production, Methods, Workshops, and Technical Management teams, all activities related to the industrialization perimeter.
- Challenge and support the Design and Methods teams regarding the robustness and manufacturability of the proposed solutions.
- Ensure the traceability of all changes and guarantee the technical quality of documents and the industrial file: update, archiving and distribution according to Group standards.
- Evaluate, in collaboration with the process specialists, the feasibility, cost and industrialization impacts on all the manufacturing ranges concerned.
- Develop effective cooperation relationships with all internal stakeholders, in order to promote the success of industrialization projects.
