Job description
ConsultANZ is looking for a Piling Supervisor with experience in self-performing CFA, bored, driven, and Secant wall on various infrastructure projects. This will be a FIFO role to WA on a large mining project, with the piling package valued at over $70M.

Main Duties
- Oversee and coordinate piling operations according to project specifications and schedule.
- Manage and supervise piling crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor piling equipment and materials, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to piling activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to piling crews, resolving any issues that may arise.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience working as a Foreman/Supervisor within the civil infrastructure sector.
- A thorough understanding and demonstrated experience in the delivery of civil work, including Piling and ground improvements.
- Familiar with piling methodologies such as CFA, bored piling, driven piles, and Secant wall.
- In-depth knowledge and capability of working under Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental compliances.
- The ability to work alongside Project Managers to deliver projects.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
- $100-140k base + super + vehicle (negotiable, dependent on the level of experience).
