Coordinating Nurse / Lead Nurse - CMD Warsaw, Ursynów

Your main responsibility will be to coordinate the team of Nurses and Midwives, which includes:

• organizing and supervising the work of the team: Nurses and Midwives
• providing ongoing feedback and annual evaluations to team members
• handling complaints regarding the team's activities
• providing substantive supervision of the team's work
• supervising medical equipment,
• managing pharmaceutical policy, overseeing the stock of medications in the Center
• continuously monitoring collective books.

The best candidate is someone who:

• has relevant education – Nursing or Midwifery and 3 years of experience in the profession
• has a minimum of 1 year of experience in coordinating a team
• excels at organizing their own work and the work of others
• patient service quality and procedure implementation are the drivers of their work
• is proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• is goal-oriented.
