Job description
Your Responsibilities
Do you enjoy bringing structure to information, quickly familiarizing yourself with new topics, and keeping an overview even when multiple topics are running in parallel? Perfect, then you are exactly right here.
To strengthen our team at PickMeUp, we are looking for a working student in Project Management & Consulting (all genders). You will support our team in steering projects, work closely with the team, and bring a good sense for structure and analysis.
You will prepare analyses and presentations, contribute conceptually to topics, and help ensure that projects run smoothly and are comprehensible.
- You will support the team in steering projects in the areas of Brand Activation and Shopper Marketing, keeping track of timings and tasks, and ensuring a structured workflow.
- You will prepare data and information, familiarize yourself with topics, and derive initial assessments and recommendations for action from them.
- You will create and revise presentations, paying attention to a clear, precise, and visually clean presentation.
- You will make meaningful use of AI-powered tools to make research, evaluations, or text work more efficient, and contribute your own ideas on how work processes can be improved.
- You will work closely with the project team and support communication with internal stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Studies in a field such as business administration, psychology, statistics, sociology, or a comparable discipline.
- First practical experience through an internship or a working student position is desirable.
- Enjoyment of analytical and structured work, even with more complex topics.
- Meticulous, accurate, and reliable work approach. Interest in project management and consulting, as well as a desire to learn new tasks and take responsibility.
- Proficient in MS Office, ideally with initial experience in using AI tools.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- 15 to 20 hours per week available, with pleasure for more during semester breaks by arrangement.
We Offer
- Collegial corporate culture.
- A modern workplace with a view over (almost) all of St. Pauli.
- Flexible working hours that can be well combined with your studies.
- Insights into various projects and client work.
- A team that will train you and take your questions seriously.
Diversity is a matter of course for us: Our job advertisements are aimed at all people – regardless of age, gender and gender identity, ethnic or social origin, sexual orientation, disability, religion or belief.
