To strengthen our team at PickMeUp, we are looking for a Working Student for Project Management & Consulting (all genders). You will support our team in managing projects, work closely with the team, and bring a good sense for structure and analysis.
You will prepare analyses and presentations, contribute conceptually to topics, and help ensure that projects run smoothly and are traceable.

• You will support the team in managing projects in the areas of Brand Activation and Shopper Marketing, keeping an eye on timings and tasks and ensuring a structured process.
• You will prepare data and information, familiarize yourself with topics, and derive initial assessments and recommendations for action from them.
• You will create and revise presentations, paying attention to clear, precise, and visually clean preparation.
• You will use AI-supported tools meaningfully to make research, evaluations, or text work more efficient, and contribute your own ideas on how work processes can be improved.
• You will work closely with the project team and support communication with internal stakeholders.

• Studies in a field such as business administration, psychology, statistics, sociology, or a comparable subject
• Initial practical experience through an internship or working student position is desirable
• Enjoyment of analytical and structured work, even with more complex topics
• Careful, precise, and reliable way of working, interest in project management and consulting, as well as a desire to familiarize yourself with new tasks and take on responsibility
  
• Confident use of MS Office, ideally initial experience in using AI tools
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• 15 to 20 hours per week, gladly more during semester breaks by arrangement
