Globelink Interport Logistics is a leading distribution company based in Gauteng, South Africa. We are currently seeking dedicated Pickers and Packers to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing orders for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and understand customer orders to accurately pick and pack products

- Ensure that all items are correctly labeled and packaged for shipment

- Use equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move products to designated areas

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors

- Meet productivity and accuracy standards set by the company

- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer in a warehouse or distribution center will be an advantage

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)

- Basic math and computer skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Good communication and teamwork skills
