Pick Packers / Forklift Drivers

Welink. Recruitment have partnered with a fantastic company in the third party logistics (3PL) industry who are rapidly expanding their operations near Laverton North 3026 . They are looking for an energetic and experienced pick packers and forklift drivers (LF licence) to join their team in an ongoing FT casual capacity, with the possibility to become a permanent FT role after 3 months. Casual on-call work opportunities are also available. Key Responsibilities may include: Picking and packing items accurately and efficiently, following company procedures. Operating a forklift to move and load/unload goods (LF Licence Required). Receiving and checking incoming shipments. Ensuring the warehouse is clean and organized. Adhering to all safety regulations. Other warehouse duties as required. To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess: Previous experience in a similar role. Forklift Licence (LF). Strong attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Experience with RF scanners (desirable).
