Pick Packer - Night shift

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join a busy distribution centre team working night shifts, with an immediate start available. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with pick packing orders and stock filling to ensure products are accurately prepared and available to meet operational demands. You will also help maintain a clean and organised work environment, work towards daily targets, and follow all health and safety procedures.

The shift patterns for this position are either 10:00pm to 6:30am or 8:00pm to 4:30am. Days off are split, with one day off during the week and Saturday's off, so flexibility to work weekends is essential.

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous, but not essential. A forklift licence is desirable, however this is not a necessity as there may be opportunities to gain your licence in the future. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be physically fit, reliable, and able to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

To be considered for this role, you must have a clean Ministry of Justice record, be able to pass a drug screen, and have no current injuries or medical conditions that would impact your ability to safely perform the role.
